Joanne Lepp of Haut Minerals stopped by Studio K to show us all how her custom gloss bar works. Here's Joanne mixing up a special hue for Sarah. Since eldest Emmanuelle has a thing for mom's makeup, Sarah put peppermint in it (Em loathes the smell) and named it "Childproof Pink." How perfect.

Here the yummy scents you can pick to put in your gloss. I went for a sweet and tangy combo of vanilla and lemon meringue.

Left, I show off my custom blend. I christened the summery apricot tint "English Bay." And right, Joanne shows us hers. What looks like army green in the tube looks completely different on her lips. Turns out the green combats red to create a more truly nude kisser. That's some very cool colour theory.
